About Us

Charleston's first female real estate broker, Susan Pringle Frost, opened her office at Nine Broad Street in 1918. Following in this proud tradition of women in real Estate, Lois Lane Properties continues to bring buyers and sellers together on Charleston's premier historic business street.

Closely connected to the community, Lois Lane Properties is an active benefactor to cultural institutions such as the Gibbes Museum of Art and the Preservation Society. In addition, all escrow account interest is donated to Habitat for Humanity and the Realter Housing Opportunities Fund, generating thousands of dollars towards affordable housing.
