Kate Dolan, Associate

Kate Dolan has recently joined Lois Lane Properties.  She is a business professional who began her real estate career in 1984 in Rhode Island.  At that time, while pursuing a demanding career in the telecommunications industry with a focus on project management and training, she worked for Albert Scaralia, a Realtor in Cranston, Rhode Island to get a feel for the business.  Departing from Verizon, she returned to real estate with Century 21 Heritage Real Estate in Norfolk, Massachusetts in 2004 working as a Buyer's Agent with clients in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  After that successful return, she decided to spend a month in Charleston in March of 2006, fell in love with the city and knew that she would never leave.  Kate has learned a lot about her new home and Charleston properties through her docent work with the Historic Charleston Foundation, the Preservation Society of Charleston and the many wonderful people that she has met.  She looks forward to working with her friends in the community, as well as, helping new arrivals feel at home.
